Ashley Shih
Managing Director
Ashley has over 25 years of experience as a strategy consultant and private equity investment professional. He has worked on behalf of private equity and corporate clients across all industries on hundreds of engagements supporting their transaction (acquisition and exit) and corporate growth activities. He was previously a principal and managing director of Investor Group Services (IGS); a director of corporate development at Harbour Group, a leveraged-buyout firm; a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group; and, prior to business school, a process design engineer with Amoco Oil Company.
Ashley holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Dedham Country Day School and at Concord Academy, and as an independent trustee of a private trust in Texas. In his spare time, Ashley does his best to keep up with his four children and their various activities.
Jack Colligan
Director
Jack has 7 years of experience as a strategy consultant, advising private equity investors and corporate clients. In that time, he has conducted over 100 M&A due diligence and strategic advisory projects in a diverse set of industries.
Jack graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Sewanee, The University of the South, in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics and holds an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He is also certified in Sustainability Reporting through the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship. In his spare time, Jack serves on the Board of Trustees for Camp Belknap, a New Hampshire leadership camp.
